Los Huipiles

Introducing a single origin coffee we are calling Los Huipiles. it’s from Huehuetenango, Guatemala and sits at 1890 masl.  This strictly hard bean coffee scored a respectable 85 at the cupping table. There are three varietals included: Bourbon, Arabigo + Caturra that we sourced from a smallholder who used the washed process on these coffee cherries.

We roasted these beauties to Medium, which highlights the heavy body, medium acid and complements the flavor profile.  You can expect to taste dark chocolate, graham cracker, pecan, plum + raisin.  And as always, we use 100% Specialty Grade 1 Arabica Coffee.
