Billy Bowlegs Smooth Blend

SMALL BATCH LIMITED RELEASE

This amazing coffee was blended using a Guatemalan bean from the Antigua region, which has 3 volcanoes in the area.  The ash expelled into the atmosphere creates a coffee cherry that has a smooth creamy feel.  We chose a Brazilian bean from the Chapada de Minas region to round that out and the two together made this smooth, delicious cup we named after Billy Bowlegs, a pirate still celebrated today in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. This one is so good we plan to keep it around as long as we can source the beans.  Look for it on the shelf at Green’s Grocery!

Creamy + Sweet, Great mouthfeel, Almond, Graham Cracker, Chocolate, bright, mild acid

Origins: Chapada de Minas, Brazil and Antigua, Guatemala  3600 – 4900 ft,

Variety: Bourbon Caturra (Guatemala) washed process + Catuai (Brazil) natural process blended 50/50
