These beans were grown in the Aceh province of Sumatra, where the wet-hulled process is used by the smallholder farms there.  At an altitude of 1400 masl, the climate produces a heavy body, medium acid coffee cherry.  When roasted it has lovely notes of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, cedar, brown spice and green pepper.
