The beans/grind I want are out of stock, when will it be available?

What is French Roast?
The technique used to produce a French Roast means the beans are roasted at the maximum temperature they can handle before having an unpleasant taste, between 465-470 degrees. And it’s not from France.
What is an Italian Roast?
Darker than a French Roast, these are roasted to the end of the “second crack” between 470-475 degrees. The beans are oily, shiny + black, the prominent flavor is that of smoke. Makes a great espresso!
What is "The Crack"?
When coffee beans reach an internal roasting temperature of around 385 degrees they make a cracking sound. This is the first crack. When the beans reach about 435 degrees the internal pressure causes the bean to have its “second crack”, releasing oils through the pores of the beans.
